This policy explains what information Eazy Manage collects across this website and the product itself, and what we do with it. It applies to eazymanage.app and every workspace subdomain (yourworkspace.eazymanage.app).
Who operates this service
Eazy Manage operates this service. Where this policy says "Eazy Manage", "we" or "us", it means the team behind eazymanage.app and its workspaces.
This website vs. the product
This marketing site (eazymanage.app) is static — it doesn't ask you to sign in, and it doesn't store anything you type into it. The workspace-finder dialog only reads the workspace name you enter to build a sign-in link; nothing is saved. If analytics is enabled on this site, it's covered under "Analytics" below.
The product itself — every workspace at yourworkspace.eazymanage.app — is where account and workspace data is actually processed. That's what the rest of this policy describes.
Information we collect
We collect this because the product can't compute a meal rate, generate a bill, or show a ledger without it — each item below maps to a feature you or your workspace admin actively use.
- Account details — name and email address
- Meal attendance and guest meal entries
- Bazar and expense entries, including any receipt images you upload
- Room, rent and seat allocation records
- Bills, payments, deposits and fund ledger entries
- Announcements, chat messages and notification preferences
- Basic device information for logged-in-device management and two-factor authentication
How we use it
To run the features above — attendance, billing, the fund ledger, chat and notifications.
To send the emails the product is built to send: a daily attendance digest and a monthly bill reminder, plus anything you've opted into.
To keep your workspace secure, including two-factor authentication and device sign-out.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent personal data to third parties.
Payments aren't processed through Eazy Manage — an admin manually records that a payment happened and tags how (cash, bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, other). We never see or store card numbers, bKash PINs, or any payment credentials, because the product never asks for them.
We don't send SMS, and we don't run ads.
Analytics
If enabled, this site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic to the marketing pages. It's loaded after the page becomes interactive and isn't used to build an advertising profile.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie to remember your language choice (English or Bangla), and one for your light/dark theme preference. The product sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in to your workspace.
Data retention
Workspace data is kept for as long as the workspace stays active. If you'd like your account or workspace data removed, contact us using the details below.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing us. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
