Eazy Manage operates this service. Where these terms say "Eazy Manage", "we" or "us", it means the team behind eazymanage.app and its workspaces.

Eazy Manage is meal, bazar and billing management software for shared messes: members mark meals, admins log bazar expenses, and the product computes a meal rate and generates bills at month end.

It's provided in Bangladeshi taka only, and every workspace runs on its own timezone.

Whoever creates a workspace is its owner, and can invite others as admins or members. Owners and admins are responsible for what they enter into the workspace — meal records, bazar entries, payments and bills — and for managing who has access to it.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself, and for anything that happens under your account.

Eazy Manage is free to use today. There's no plan to choose, no seat limit and no trial clock — that's the current state of the product, not an introductory offer. If pricing is introduced later, existing workspaces will be given notice before anything changes.

Eazy Manage doesn't move money. Admins record that a payment happened outside the product and label how it arrived — cash, bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or other. We're not a party to any payment, and we're not responsible for a payment that was recorded incorrectly, sent to the wrong person, or never actually made.

Use the product for running your mess — not for anything unlawful, for trying to access a workspace you're not a member of, or for attempting to disrupt the service.

Eazy Manage is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for decisions made based on a bill, meal rate or ledger balance the product calculated.

An owner can stop using their workspace at any time. We may suspend a workspace that's used in a way that breaks these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
